Not very happy with this service. My partner ordered me an arrangement for valentines day. First off what was delivered vs what he ordered are two COMPLETELY separate things. Most flower shops if they are out of a certain kind of flower that has been ordered they will notify the customer and let them know changes were made not just do it.
second off the rest of what he ordered was not even delivered so he got ripped off half his order.
2 stars because at least theyre was roses but extremely disappointed and unsatisfied on my side and his.

Flowers were ordered and were to be delivered by 3 pm and werent delivered until 7pm. Also the delivery driver didnt ring the door bell and left them out in the rain which resulted in them being rained on for an additional 2 hours. The arrangement was terribly put together and the flowers werent fresh in fact the flowers started wilting after 2 days. I couldve gotten flowers from the grocery store that looked better than what was delivered. Im appalled at the quality of flowers and the lack of professionalism of this Florist. An attempt was made to call and the lady that answered the phone said she wasnt in the store and had to forward my concern to someone else. No contact and no compensation. I would suggest ordering flowers from another florist if you want quality and great service. They.dont value their customers!!
