My inspection was scheduled with another inspector and on the day of the appointment he had to cancel due to being ill. I reached out to Hero Mold Company and the company`s rep was able to fit me into is schedule the same day. He was on time; very professional; and detailed in his inspection. He provided an educational and reassuring experience.
