        I retired from American Airlines in 2019 where my insurance was deducted from my paycheck. Met life was my provider. Upon retirement I had to actually pay attention to my bill. I made many calls to compare rates and coverage. I ended up having the good fortune of reaching a branch of State Farm/Leslie Robinson insurance where I quickly discovered I was under insured and paying too much. I dropped Met that day. I soon discovered how it feels to be treated with a friendly and personal touch. Any team member that answers the phone is amazing, and that goes especially for Patty Duhon. The service provided is unmatched. If you want to be treated with kindness and respect and great service call them.
