I've used One Call Plumbing for a few issues over the years and I had one technician come out to look at issues with both of my toilets this week. He was very nice but the issues were not resolved so I called to request a different technician to come back out and they sent Harry Achille. Harry was extremely helpful and was able to correctly address and fix one of the issues with an explanation as to what was going on and why. I had one additional question after he left and he promptly called me back and walked me through making an adjustment with the water level in my toilet. I will be requesting Harry as my technician should I need services again! Service: Toilet repair

My wife and I are first time homeowners and couldn't have asked for a better experience. David showed up right when they said he would and actually took the time to really listen to the problems we were having. He spent A LOT of time chatting with us and trying out various things to figure out what was going on with our hot water all while teaching my wife and I what we were looking at (e.g., in the crawl space) and why it was important. He gave us two estimates and completed the one we asked for right then. We won't hesitate to call One Call Plumbing again

I am a 75 yo with wife needing a sink stopper replaced. Vincent Ponzon scammed me with unnecessary work and promises. The job was not completed but he convinced me to pay and he would return the next day to repair. I goofed, because not only did he lie to me but he left sludge under my sink and in my shower stall. I will continue to press with calls and texts to company, but still can’t get an answer! Don’t be dumb and trusting like this senior. Avoid them like the plague!
