Went in for an oil change appt @3PM, and was seen immediately, BUT!!! an hour into my oil change I was told they couldn't do it because of an oil leak.. Huh?? It took an hour to tell me that? They took me back there to show me some oil that was on the engine, but I have seen no oil leaks in my driveway prior to this visit or had a oil light come on. the technician who showed me the suspect oil leak offered no explanation as to why it was leaking or if they could repair it, and I didnt ask since I thought that was his job to offer incite into the situation he brought me back to look at, so after another 30 min of them rotating my tires I was out of the door with no oil change but at least they charged me nothing. Swung by Jiffy Lube next door and got an oil change.

Richard and Jeremy are super nice and very honest. I have been to a couple different Just tires but I will be only going to this one from here on out. (Just Tire off of HWY 55 in Durham)

Friendly. Convenient hours. Kept me informed on my car. Clean waiting room with TV, bottled water and a restroom. I would go there again.

Wow, to be open the day after thanksgiving was super convenient because my tire had a hole in it so thankful for them being open then I didnt have to wait very long and such good southern hospitality and kindness from the whole staff but Jermery in particular was very helpful, super kind and very knowledgeable. They really took care of me and Im very grateful. I highly recommend Just Tires !!
