WoodSpring Suites Fayetteville Fort Bragg

This was the worst stay ,Hood springs is what the name should be , extended stay needs to give mr woods-springs back his money and dont even buy nothing else from him ,trying to turn a junkie hotel into a extended stay, call it super stay , get on and out real fast I couldn't even stay past 2 p on my last check out . I was gone , I wanted to leave that stay so bad

I booked my reservation through the Hopper app on  Monday 12/19/22 for 12/23/22-12/26/22. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Shakiria, was away from the desk for about 20 minutes. A sign was on the counter that read "welcome, I am away from the desk helping other guests. I will be back shortly. Sorry for your inconvenience" (not verbatim but something like that). When she finally returned, she approached the desk slowly, taking her time and her demeanor was very unpleasant. She simply said "how can I help you?" When I told her my name and gave her my ID she told me that locals weren't allowed to stay at the hotel. I let her know that it was my boyfriend who was traveling from out of state to stay here and that he had his Maryland ID and she still refused me and the room saying that because I was local, I couldn't stay there at all. The reservation told me nothing of the sort and when I told her this she was very unapologetic and said "yeah, they don't tell you online". She completely lacked empathy and hospitality and I was very displeased with the customer service. I asked her if I would be charged and she told me I'd have to take it up with whatever app I booked with which to my dismay didn't have an immediate customer service line to call. Luckily, I wasn't charged for the room. Very terrible customer service, would not recommend!

Dewayne and Shakira were wonderful great customer service.That GM you guys have is going to cost you guys some money. I was going to sew but I opted not to because I like Dewayne and Shakira. The GM talks to you anyway she wants and when you ask her about the extra charges she doesnt want to hear you out. I would pay my monthly fee of 1654 dollars and she would knock on my door and says dont listen the date the computer the receipt gave me, and charge me an extra 400, because a month is only 28 days or some lie like that. No my receipt shows the 1st to the next 1st. I have good lawyers and plentiful evidence. So thank your employees for their kindness. She would say you can pay or leave I say my receipt says Im not due but I would pay anyway because I dont have anywhere to go no family here Im a veteran. Also I stayed three months and smashed over 100 roaches, no kidding. Best wishes Dewayne and Shakira working for that mean disrespectful lady.
