I made a payment online Dec. 15th. It wasn't showing cancelled when I made the payment. So I called the office when I checked back online to see if my payment posted but it showed my policy was cancelled. They were busy and said they'd call me back. I never received a call back even though they claimed they did. My call records don't show any incoming call from Nationwide! So I forgot about it because I had covid. I then received a letter from DMV about a lapsed insurance and needed to pay $50 to avoid my license plate being cancelled. Nationwide swore up and down they called me and that was not the case. I couldn't reinstate my insurance because Nationwide isn't reinstating any policies. I had to pay the $50 even though they made the mistake and didn't call me back. I had been a customer for over 20 years with a break of 1 yr with different insurance company but I went back to Nationwide to be treated like this!!! So ridiculous!!!

I get to talk to a person most every time I call and they are so courteous and thoughtful and explain things well. I highly recommend Walker and his team!
