        Poor customer service and also had property stolen from vehicle. Had to file a police report. Went to a location in Charlotte had no issues. Would recommend avoiding the Gastonia location the techs dont even know how to remove lug nuts. Thats all you need to know at tire shop.

        I went on line and purchased my tires, made an instalation that afternoon, had them installed. I was at the store less than two hours. Pretty good for ordering at lunch on a Saturday and they were installed later that afternoon.

        Good prices, but they forgot my windshield wiper blades I paid for. When I returned, they put the wrong size blades on. I was already late, so I just kept the blades.
