I have bought many gift certificates over the years from Naomi's for the special ladies in my family, my daughter loves to get manicures at Naomi's when she has a little mad money, and Naomi's has always been thrilled to take our cash. However, the owner of Naomi's is not as thrilled--or even cordial--when asked to participate in a community event. Today the owner yelled at my daughter for simply requesting her participation in a local, theatre fundraiser. What goes around comes around, and my dollars won't be going around Naomi's ever again.
PS: A simple "no, thank you" would have sufficed.
