        Female staff was so rude to me for no reason directly to me in front of my family. All I did was ask if her name was Jameelah because I thought she was my classmate from high school, she was so hostile in her response "Absolutely not! Absolutely not!" I was so confused and embarrassed at the same time the way she spoke so loud and condescendingly towards a me, another adult, a customer who had only been in the store for 5 seconds. Makes me think twice about going there or at least letting her provide any level of customer service to me. AT&T know the staff you're hiring.
