East Carolina Brace & Limb Co

I ordered a brace and waited several weeks for it to come in, even had to get my doctor to call. Finally got it and ordered a pair if shoes from them. They said shoes would be in the next week. I waited 4 weeks recalled them and the shoes were never ordered. Also, I was not informed about my financial responsibility. I was not informed about what side effects would happen with the brace. I am very unsatisfied with this company.

I called them to make an appointment, first of all I live in Goldsboro and called a Goldsboro number. This is important to know because the person who answered said did you know we have a Goldsboro office - duh! That’s what I dialed. I went on to tell her what I needed and she said let me check and call you bff ack. This was last week . Today is 5 days later and still no return call. What a way to run a business.
