The customer service was TERRIBLE. Dude acted as if he didn't want to help us and HE DIDNT. Me and my husband felt his bad vibe when we walked in...WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!!

Who ever manages this place needs to train their employees I went to get my account number because my phone was messed up and I didn’t have good service where I live I had just moved and the lady that was there gave me a number to call I called and I was told to go in the store with a valid ID i went back and she gave me the same number to call I told her what costumer service said and she laughed like making fun of me and said only them can provide you that information. I called them in front of her and said the same thing go in the store and they will provide you with that information but she refused to give me my information and she said If you want your account number you have to find it your self! I never had a problem with the company till now with this store that woman needs to find another job if she hates to help costumers
