Mallory Dumond, Travel Agent - Travelmation

Being that I had NEVER traveled any farther than my mailbox, lol, the whole idea of going on a cruise was overwhelming for me. We had tried two other travel agents before, and the process of going on a relaxing vacation was becoming a constant headache for me... thank God for guiding me to Mallory!!! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants quick responses, and to get it done!!! Thank you again Mallory for all your help, and putting up with my constant messages, and being "worrisome", lol!! We will definitely be contacting you again for our next vacation my lady!!!

Mallory deserves SIX stars!! She is professional and knowledgeable with your destination. She made planning for and executing our trip very easy an enjoyable!! For a WDW trip we took recently: When we had an issue at a Disney park gate, I was able to text her and she helped us through. And although it was a glitch in the system, she double checked all our information again to ensure the glitch wouldnt happen again. When we needed help switching reservations mid-trip she had us covered in 5 minutes. In a world of Google where you think you can do it all on your own, travel agents shine even brighter. #malloryismytravelagent

Mallory was such a pleasure to work with when planning our first trip to Disney World. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful each step of the way! She had wonderful tips that helped to save us both time and money, and even responded quickly to numerous texts with questions throughout our trip.
