Don’t waste your time or money. I only returned as a patient as an adult because Dr.Reese was my childhood doctor but I would not recommend this place to anyone. They never answer the phone. She claims to be a family care doctor but there have been several times my 3 year old has been extremely sick and I’ve been offered an appointment 2 WEEKS out! Receptionist are rude. Just don’t waste your time or money. You will get nothing accomplished with this establishment. Sorry but this is the truth. I’ve been calling trying to schedule an appointment since they opened at 8am today, it’s now 9:41a. I have YET to get anything other than the voicemail.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Dr. Reese takes all of my complaints seriously unlike many other doctors I’ve seen who would dismiss me right away. Highly highly recommend!!

You call for a sick visit and the next available appointment is literally 2 weeks out. Does not matter if the patient is and adult or child. Clearly she’s overbooked yet still accepting new patients.

Worst experience!! It's useless to take an appointment because you will never be seen by doctor on time, be ready for an hour wait minimum till somebody show up to start your another torturing journey of waiting inside what so called room. Apparently they give 2 to 3 appointment at the same time and Doctor goes around rooms while you are waiting. So good luck if you have a baby or kid with you. You will leave more sick and annoyed and you will wish you never came at the first place. Not recommended, we are going to another clinic.

The staff is rude and like a previous review stated they act like you are annoying them. Dr. Reese rushes through all of my appointments leaving me confused and unsure. My prescriptions are NEVER sent to the pharmacy without calling and asking for them multiple times sometimes and even sent to the wrong pharmacy sending me on a wild goose chase. Don’t waste your time or copay go to a Doctor who cares and follows up with their patients and may just maybe sends faxes and prescriptions.
