Comfort Keepers Home Care

My folks have aids scheduled twice a day but rarely more than one shows up. No one returns their calls when they call to ask whose scheduled and/or report a no-show.

Contacted this company and was even screened by a visit from their nurse to get info and our needs. (1 night/Mo to care overnight for my husband). Didn't hear anything from them after that. Called to see if we'd fallen off their radar. They apologized and had someone booked for us for the following Sunday night. I asked if we could meet the person in advance since the care giving required some bathroom assistance (which they knew in advance) and the young lady that I spoke with sounded surprised and said she'd have to ask. Two days later, they apologized but said there had been some family emergencies and no one was available for our care giving visit. That was a month ago and I haven't heard from them since. No one ever follows up with us. I wouldn't recommend.

The help is good when we can get it but recently we have had consistent no-shows. When we leave messages to talk to the director no one ever calls back. Not great service, wouldn't recommend.

Comfort Keepers is a first-class organization my late father hired in 2014 to look after him and my mother. He died shortly thereafter, but I retained Comfort Keepers to look after my mother and have not regretted the decision--ever. The service and responsiveness are excellent. Any misunderstandings or problems, and they are few, are handled with customer satisfaction first and foremost the priority.
