The services that I have and/or have not received from this organization is completely unacceptable. How can one demand dues from the homeowners when services of mowing grass, aeration, fence replacement and etc are not being met? In addition, it is extremely difficult to get a representative to respond whether it's via email or phone. The associates have nonchalant demeanors; especially when the homeowner finally gets a chance to show up in person. There's no sense of urgency for anything or anyone, but for money supposedly due to them after funds from dues have been "misplaced ".

Unclear why the office is unwilling or unable to be proactive about what is going on at our property. I was not warned about gutter replacement until after the workers had opened my gate without permission and let my dog loose. Then the work on my roof was started without warning and I was blocked in my garage until the roofers moved their equipment/materials (the email with guidelines to move vehicles was only sent out after I called the office to complain). Lastly they have again begun construction on the building without warning or heads up (email was sent after the construction had been started again). I appreciate that you are improving the facility but a courteous heads up or schedule would be greatly appreciated. Unless you aren't aware of these construction events until the day of I don't see why we shouldn't have a reasonable warning. (And no 'construction will take place sometime over these 3 weeks' is also not appropriate - I don't think anyone appreciates waiting around on the cable, construction, AC company for a single afternoon - much less weeks).

I have been making efforts to have myself added to the access box at 220 Market ever since I moved in. Despite my communication with the HOA, this matter remains unresolved. As a result, my medications have been consistently returned as there is no access for the mail delivery. Consequently, I am inconvenienced by having to consistently use the back door. Resolving this issue would be straightforward if there was proper communication and outreach from someone. UPDATE: my propery Managment has reached out and they have no gotten a response from this company. The backdoor handle on the back door has been broken and I have no access to the building.
