        my appointment was for 2 and the car was taken then. I was told it would take between 2 and 2/and half hours. the cat was ready in less than 2 hours. they did a Aplus job. thanks,bill white

        Jose Barradas is a great service manager with excellent interpersonal skills. I made a cold call to see if the dealership would service an Acura RDX that was long overdue. I was connected to Jose. He had a clear understanding of the need and shared his contact info. so, when we were ready to come in, there would be no handoff. We had a lot of work to be done, and the team at Hendrick assessed the needs and had the car serviced the very next day-which was a Saturday! To top it off, the final bill came in a bit less than the estimate which was great.
