Northpoint At 68

We have lived at North Point on 68 since June of 2021. Great place to live, many amenities. It is safe well taken care of with great neighbors who look out for each other. The lawns, pool and areas are tidy and maintained to a high level of excellence. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The location is awesome with easy access to interstates and businesses. The bicentenial trail within walking or riding distance is an added bonus.

Update April 2022: I came back for some more again. Northpoint 68 is one of the best places to live in the High Point area. The staff is incredible, they answer all of my request and demands! Michael, DeDe and Brian will be definitely be looking to meet you with open arms. Update: July 30, 2020: Two years away from the complex and I come back and am welcomed with open arms! Andrea, Michael and Erika are a true pleasure to work with. This team has gone out of their way for the 4 years that I've known them and I know they'd do the same for you. If you're looking for an apartment that has a great interior, great amenities and outstanding staff, please please please look no further. Truly a great place and great people to work with. As were my previous reviews, this post is unsolicited and completely own my own. I hope you have a chance to check North Point as your home! The staff has always been great to me, very kind and always willing to do whatever it takes to keep me happy. I talk to them alllll the time and they still want to address me by my last name, very professional. Jimmy is BACK! Great leasing agent who helped me with my apartment a year and a half ago, still here! Andrea is great as well, I don't know if there is a more kind person out there. I've personally spoken with her at length multiple times and she listens and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure all the residents are satisfied. She and the team are planning a great things for NorthPoint and I'm excited to see what the future holds. The complex still feels new, is well taken care of and is convenient. You're close to the airport for when ya wake up late and have to hurry and close to lots of entertainment. The different floor plans allow for you to meet your lifestyle choice, I chose the single bed room that maximized my space. I have a king bed and I can literally fit 2.5 to 3 kings in my bed room alone (measured for accuracy of this statement). The place just works, the staff is great and I have no qualms, except that I can't live here for free! Come check it out, ask for Jimmy or Andrea. Also, my company waived the application fee ($95), there are other companies that work with NorthPoint that waive the application fee as well.

My husband and I visited this property last weekend in our search for apartments. The property is very well maintained with amazing amenities. But the shining star and icing on our cake was Assistant Manager DeDe (Demishia Alford)!!!!! Her knowledge of the property, floor plans, community, and other Carroll properties in our area was stellar!!! She was very personable and made us feel right at home. She is truly a gem in this industry. She is the number one reason we are making this our number 1 choice!!!!!!
