Dr. Kwon and the staff at High Point Smile Denistry have taken care of me and my 2 children dental needs for over 30 years. Most of the staff have been there since we first started. They are one of the best dental offices in High Point. I've tried a couple of cheaper dentist and I wasn't satisfied with their services at all. I would recommend Dr. Kwon if you looking for a dental provider that knows what they are doing. They have our business for life. He is the best provider in this area. This place is crazy my husband Ralph Turner was having a severe toothache for over a week. They did get him in on Wednesday. He was there for exactly 37 minutes.. They removed 2 teeth that were infected, he got 4 stitches and a quick goodbye from them. No antibiotics, no pain medications , only an ice pack and some gauze.. This is just insane to me.. so if the infection should spread what then? They told him they didnt give any pain meds on pulling a tooth but he has stitches and the paperwork says surgery the paperwork they give you dont have an emergency number and they didnt give him the irrigation syringe that they tell you to use on the paperwork..Again this is just crazy my husband said they didnt even give it time to get numb. This is definitely not the place I read about in the reviews. I would have to say that this was Not a good visit not at all.
