Absolutely the WORST customer service I've experienced in my adult life!!! The older woman service representative was immediately condescending and rude. Every request I made was followed by an unwarranted snarky reply. I managed to hold my composure even though she continuously made me feel unwelcomed and insignificant. But when I asked for a single flower to give to my daughter on valentine's, she abruptly turned and muttered "FOR GOD'S SAKE!". What did I do to you to deserve such blasphemous unfair treatment and lack of respect??? Without words, I left and headed to straight to another local florist where i recieved far superior customer service.

In response to a customer's review from Huey, we have computer records dating back more than 10 years. We have no record of a customer or recipient with his name. At least he said we had good flowers!!! Our customer service skills are awesome, all of our employees.
