Very courteous service. The plumber was able to provide a temporary fix and when the problem reoccured he came back and attempted to clear the clogged toilet. Fortunately we were able to seek the services of our city water and sewer department and got the situation cleared.

Showed up very quickly, found the leak and had it fixed in a few minutes with minimal ceiling removal required. Prevented a bad situation from being much worse. Worth every penny. Will call again.

All Star is a wonderful company. I have used them at least 10 times, if not more. They are always professional and do the job right. They actually saved me money when another company wanted to break through my foundation.

I called Thursday and was told they would come around lunch on Friday. I run a business with my own appointments which i had to cancel to be there for when they arrived. After no one came by 230 i called to see what was going on. He didnt even put my appointment in the system. As a business owner I understand that people can make mistakes, but the worst part was that he wasnt apologetic at all and didnt offer anything, not even a sincere apology. He simply said i can send my next available truck i received a text message saying they would be there between 3-5. When my husband finally got home at 4, they were still not there, by 5 they still were not there. By husband called and canceled. Bad customer service. Call somewhere else. I lost time and money waiting for no one to show up.
