I would definitely recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners. The staff was very professional and helpful. From a scheduling prospective, they were very communicative upfront in the process and also very understanding when I called the morning of my originally scheduled service to reschedule due to a family emergency. From a service perspective, they did a great job and even moved heavy cribs to clean stains (without me asking or charging me). The carpet looked amazing. I had a vacant house carpets cleaned. These young men were real professional! I like that they use a rotating buffer type tool to perform a thorough job. They had insight on carpet repair that I may have needed and additional stain removal that could be done. There was no pressure and the end result of the regular cleaning was great!

Jordan provided details and pricing and was great with helping me decide what services to use. The team, Kyle and River, communicated proactively, arrived on time and finished in record time.
