Dr Salazar is great! We have been going here for over 10 years, but this year we had the worst experience with The front office staff .they are very ignorant and unprofessional they have the worst attitude and customer service skills. I ended up walking out with my children and took them to a new office. I will not be returning! Or recommending anyone else here. I wouldnt recommend anyone go and deal with this establishment until they either get new staff or train the ones they have with customer service skills!

Great overall experience from the time I walked in through the delivery and fitting of my new glasses. Both the pre-exam by the technician and the doctors exam were very thorough and they were very patient with my many questions and never made me feel rushed or anything less than the only patient in the room - very attentive. Always pleasant and professional and never felt pressured to choose one particular frame/style/brand over another as I've experienced in other places which are only price driven. Both my husband and I are very pleased with the entire staff and overall experience. Highly recommend
