    They have you waiting for hours when your ready to be picked up and you cant change your time depending on the program you on you have to change it by 10:30 which is not convenient for people who supervisor tells them their work schedule at the last minute its good for doctors appointments but its not really convenient for people that has jobs unless you have no other way to work

    I take the bus regularly due to my appointments and my Medicaid. I have had pleasant experiences with the bus drivers, sometimes the wait time isn't the best but I'm grateful anyway. However... I've recently had to call the office a couple of different times because I had questions related to my appointment and I have to say that the lady I spoke with is EXTREMELY RUDE, instead of just giving me the information I needed in a polite manner (which I would expect because it is her job) she had the snottiest attitude and her tone seemed like she was just trying to make me feel stupid for even calling in the first place! I ended up just having to hang up and didn't even get the chance to ask her name because she upset me so much! This happened TWO TIMES IN A ROW. So far, I haven't had any complaints but at this point, I'm just very unhappy with the way I was spoken too. It was unnecessary and it's very wrong to speak to CUSTOMERS like she spoke to me. It's a job, you get paid to do so, I'm a customer. You should be as polite as possible!
