        i went in to switch services since my phone broke and they had an iphone for 39.99 if you switched. For someone reason they made me pay for it ($125.00) before they even sent it up. i was there for 3-4 hours while he tried to switch my number over from straight talk, he never got it so i asked for a refund which he called the manager for approval and I WAS DENIED MY REFUND. also before this he charged me an activation even though you can go online and activate it yourself! so, if you go there, make sure your phone is working before you pay and dont activate it in the store if you want to save money, ACTIVATION is on the boost website. I LEFT WITHOUT A WORKING PHONE AND WITHOUT MY $125!!!!!
