        I used this service before. My son is half Russian so this company seems a good fit but are RAREKY available when needed. A taxi service should be available 24/7. Yet these guys seem to be available when they want. I realize they cater to our international customers but I don't think they understand customers service at all. Basically they make alot ot $ at $150 plus a pop per student they pick up bht locals get nearly zero service. Sadly I don't even think they realize that me and my own international friends built the programs we have today. I say go elsehere...use uber even

        Very poor and rude customer service, I call for a cab and the guy said I should call someone else who can help me and hang up on me. Very disrespectful and I will never call this taxi again and I will encourage people not to travel with them.
