Blooming Iris

I ordered flowers and was told I would receive pictures of the flowers I was definitely charged for the flowers but I never received any pictures (as I was told I would receive) and can’t really confirm whether they were even delivered or not so I will never buy from them again and I would not recommend them either!!!!!

Michael was great! We ordered an arrangement last minute and he was so courteous to us, he not only made the arrangement ( It was absolutely Beautiful!) but hand delivered it to our house. He sent pictures before bringing it so that we could make sure its what we wanted. Overall best experience I've had with a florist. I will definitely use his services again, and would recommend his business highly to anyone. My husband and I were extremely happy with our flowers. Superb job and Excellent Customer Service - thank you again from the Thomas family ☺

Called Michael last minute to get a house planet for my Uncles funeral, not only was he nice, kind he was on top of it immediately! Amazing service and beautiful arrangement! Will definitely use him again!

I ordered flowers from Blooming Iris for a funeral service last week. I was charged twice for my order and then no flowers were delivered. I called back and was told flowers would be delivered that evening to the address, but after 4 days, still no flowers delivered. When I tried to call back, the owner hung up on me after I asked if I could speak to the owner. I was told both times that I would receive 3 texts as well as pictures, but never received anything. I would not recommend and judging from other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened to someone. When I initially spoke to him I felt like he was genuinely concerned, but now after being done this way a 2nd time and reading others reviews, I feel like this may be a scam and people need to be made aware.

On October 29, 2020 I ordered flowers for a family funeral to be delivered the next day. I spoke with the owner of Blooming Iris who took my order, credit card information, confirmed location of service and promised the arrangement would arrive before the service the next day. He told me I would receive 3 texts (1 with my receipt; 1 with a photo of what was being delivered; 1 with a thank you note and that would be my confirmation that the arrangement had been delivered) Sadly, I received NO texts and nothing arrived to honor the deceased. We were so disappointed! I tried calling the next day but no one answered the phone. I was finally able to talk to the owner today who was so rude and threatened to hang up on me. He said he remembered talking to me but didn’t see where he had written down the order. He asked if my card had been charged and when I said it had not thus far he wanted to know what the deal was since I hadn’t been charged. It’s not about the money. It’s about the horrific service we received. I counted on Blooming Iris to get the arrangement to the funeral on time and NOTHING happened. I could not believe how utterly rude this man was. Do not order from this florist!
