Jennifer did an excellent job with a complex sale. We inherited a house that needed cleaning, repairs, and some landscaping but we live out of state and weren't able to be present at the property. Jennifer went the extra mile, showing up for inspections and coordinating with contractors to get the house ready to hit the market. The house was owned by a trust which was a legal thing I've never dealt with before, but she understood it and coordinated getting signatures for work authorizations even when one of the trustees was out of the country. Really, I can't recommend her enough. I've worked with a few realtors on routine house buying and selling and know that there are always bumps in the road. For this house, Jennifer turned a gravel road into an asphalt highway. I can't recommend her enough.

We relocated from Maryland to Charlotte, and a friend recommended Jennifer. We knew nothing about the area except for work and school location. Even before meeting with us, she sent us helpful links and a map she made with the different parts of Charlotte in relation to work and school. She drove us thru all the sections of Charlotte based on the criteria we established, and thoroughly described the pros and cons for all. By the time we decided on a neighborhood/house, we were confident that we had thoroughly reviewed all of our options. She was also very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, and what price range we should offer (and not go over!). We've been in our house for about 4 months now, with no regrets! Would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a thorough, efricient, Realtor.
