Butch Nantz Plumbing

As usual, my experience with Nantz plumbing is top notch. After working on my refrigerator's water line, I turned the water back on at the shutoff valve behind the refrigerator and it immediately started leaking. This is a 26+ year old house, so I assumed that it was time to replace the entire valve. Based on my many previous experiences with Nantz Plumbing, I gave them a call early in the morning. Billy immediately answered and even remembered me! I gave him a rundown of the situation and he said that he would be right there. Within 20 minutes he had stopped the leak without replacing the valve, only charged me a fraction of a typical trip charge, and even showed me how to fix this situation in the future. I greatly appreciate the ethic of these gentlemen in performing simple fixes instead of costly replacements. I also greatly appreciate the willingness to come out for small jobs. Most people wouldn't give you the time of day for a small job because it is not worth their time. All of my jobs over the past several years have been small and they treat me no different than a high dollar customer project. Service: Plumbing leak repair

Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessHave tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (wondering if they've had health issues, a family emergency or something else) but after no response to multiple calls, texts and messages on their website, and no update on their website, I feel a responsibility to warn others to avoid these guys altogether.We had them out a few years ago, based on a strong referral, to install new bathroom and kitchen faucets.  They did great work.  More recently we had a leak from the kitchen faucet...I texted and they came right out the next day to fix the issue...they were great. But, a few days later it started leaking again.  I reached back out, multiple times over multiple weeks/months, with multiple communication methods, and still no response.  We still have a bucket under our sink to catch the leak.Am hoping they see this and will make it right and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and remove this review, otherwise I plan out reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to warn others and to get our money back.They did great work until they just disappeared, and doing some online digging, it seems this has happened multiple times before.  We're surprised and disappointed.  Would not recommend using these guys.Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing leak repair, Faucet installation

I met Butch Nantz twenty years ago , and we have kept in touch since then. Anytime I need something he is right there. Now his son is working with him who is awesome and dependable! Great job guys!
