We employed William Douglas for 8 abysmal years beginning March 2015. Initially they performed as expected, but once a new rep came on board, things went downhill with the rep presenting from his slanted point of view, i.e., the previous board had voted to have audits performed every 3 years but when the new board was installed, our rep said we had to do it every year - it is not the law but his recommendation, which he did not include in his presentation not did he include the previous board's decision. While the contract was effective March 1st, they increased their fees every January. Starting mid-2020, the website was changed losing our files, bills went unpaid so water was turned off, taxes weren't filed, communications non-responsive or curt. Emails to the owner went unanswered. Violations letters were not sent. The board was blamed for not providing hearing information yet the rep never asked for it. Homeowners complained about the lack of communication. Our HOA highly does NOT recommend William Douglas Property [non]Management.
