      image Horrible customer service. First off, as soon as I went there the lady had a nasty look on her face(Im a person of color) I wanted to get service due to a broken glad hand which only takes a few minutes. She wouldnt even let me talk to the mechanic for a quick question. I offer to buy the part (which they only accept cash) and fix it myself and they told me I had to leave the premises, that I couldnt fix it there. But it would literally only take me a few mins to fix. They dont care about customers, especially if youre a person of color.Inconveniences with trucking is stressful and they add on to the stress.Avoid at all cost! Go elsewhere

      You called us wanting assistance. Crystal told you no one was available. We had 3 people not at the shop doing other things. You did not like the answer so you rudely hung up on her(no clue of your race via telephone call). You then arrive at the shop after being told we can't help you asking us to repair it again. 2nd time she told you no one available at that time. You asked to buy the part. She went and got it and sold it to you. You told her you wanted to speak to a tech to help you install it. 3rd time she said no one was available. From there you were upset yet again. Threatened us with a review so here it is. She told you to leave because you were being overbearing and would not accept we were busy. Thank you for the review!
