I had been on hold for about a week with another company. I called Mark at Honey-Well and he was at my house with in an hour which is what he said. Plus he emptied his truck to make it lighter to be on my yard. He backed into edge of my yard and pulled hose the rest of the way. I had the manhole cleared and open for him. Excellent service!! If you don't have a manhole on your septic tank I highly recommend it.

Very bad. Asked them if they could locate my septic tank. He said no, that they just pump them... Well, you have to locate it to pump it! Said he just pumps uncovered septics. Website says they do anything septic.
