This guy is a straightforward and honest person with his work. He guaranteed my satisfaction and didnt take my money until I was overly satisfied with the work he done. The price was cheap and the work was wonderful. In this case cheapest was the best way to go.

Timberline destroyed my yard in the process of removing trees at my neighbor's house on June 8th and 9th, 2022. They drove heavy equipment onto my property without seeking permission from my neighbor or myself. One of my neighbors saw them drive through my yard and approached them and told them they couldn't do that. They continued to drive through my yard. Luckily all of this was captured on video.

I contacted treeline and they came out and denied that they were involved in the process, the owner and his wife who were clearly on the video claimed that it was misinformed employees. They then promise to fix my yard.

Days turned into weeks with me contacting them regularly to find out why they had not come back to follow through. I was offered a multitude of excuses. It was only after I sent them videos of their trucks destroying my yard and asking for the insurance information did they come out to"repair" my yard. They did little more than throw some topsoil and some holes and throw some grass seed on top. They did nothing about the multiple tire tracks across my yard or that part of the destroyed lawn. Once again contacting them has resulted in no response. I've provided pictures of the current state of my lawn and they still have not responded.
