DO NOT STAY HERE THEY LET RANDON PEOPLE GET KEYS TO YOUR ROOM! During my stay over the weekend for the Dreamville festival, someone was given a key to my room when my name was the only persons name on the booking, and let them enter until I returned, and their excuse was that they believed the person that was trying to get in my room and they tried to contact me, but I didnt answer. How illegal is that to not get confirmation from the person who actually booked the room before you let someone else in AND even give them a key. As of now they are refusing to give me any refund on my stay and just wanted to offer me a $50 room if I stay there again which I will NOT ACCEPT, how dangerous is that. This person couldve been trying to kill me and I couldve opened the door and been killed once I entered the hotel room not knowing what was going on. How crazy is that! I will for sure be suing this hotel. How disgusting and they dont even care to remedy the issue. Super disappointing. I bet if I was a white older woman I wouldve got a full refund. No question.

Mediocre hotel and definitely would not stay here again if I came back to NC. Our room was non smoking but smelled like smoke right when we walked in. They also use the wall air fresheners in the halls and it was disgusting mixed with the smoke smell. Our room was not great. The carpets were sticky in areas and our bathroom was gross with stained ceiling tiles and pink mold in the shower head. The water pressure in the sink was horrible and sometimes I swear we only had warm water. Our cards deactivated so often so we'd have to go back to the front desk and get new ones. It was extremely annoying because the elevator was super slow for only having 4 floors. The van that picks guests up from the hotel stays parked under the awning so it blocks one side for cars to cut thru or load stuff up while raining. My MIL asked the front desk if her room could be cleaned and they said it's every other day but that they'd put her room on a list. They never came. The pool is closed by order of the county. The gym is pathetic and part of the equipment was broken during our entire stay Thur-Mon. We didn't try breakfast due to the hours not being convenient.
