        Zero loyalty or respect for customers. Bank has continued on downward spiral since changing ownership with employee rudeness following suit. After 8 years we'll be closing our small business account.

        Ive been trying to help a friend with some financial issues. Ive asked him to call the bank to check on something. They were quite rude to him on the phone. I dont think they should treat customers this way. If you dont like dealing with the public you should seek employment elsewhere.
