First home I built, was initially so pleased with my choice of Snyder Hankins. Very attentive and responsive to issues that arose during build. All that changed when last payment was made and the 1 year warranty was do. I now have a driveway that is unusable for a vehicle I own, that was known to Dan Snyder, Tom Hankins, Tim and the others at the builders office, and this unusable area is the "fix" Dan Snyder dreamed up. I also have spakle areas that they sent unqualified workers to repair. A cast iron down pipe was "forgotten" and left as a PVC pipe, a small wall had to be removed, other walls were damaged, and now I have raw spakled fixes to repair. I can't recommend them, and really wish things went differently, but follow through and a stand by my product attitude is definitely not a mission standard for them. The office staff consisting of Bruce is the only reason I can give 2 stars to a "high end custom home builder"
