      image Ive been with Carmen Ritz State Farm for probably a decade or more, and theyve always been so easy to work with. If I were to describe their customer service, itd be a small-town vibe. Every time I call, someone picks up in just 1-2 rings, and theyre always quick to help me with whatever I need. No automated voice messages, real people. How refreshing!
