Mark with RST ROOFING was very thorough and professional with my roof repair. During Hurricane Isaias I had a very large tree limb fall on my roof and caused a significant leak and his team came out and stopped the leak. During my insurance claim because of COVID-19 it took longer than it should have, and RST Roofing was very understanding and patient. Once the claim finally came through they came out and did the needed repairs and did a great job. I was very happy to have them fix my roof. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thanks! This a great company to work with. They inspected my roof and documented the hail and wind damages. After I contacted my insurance company, they were here to meet with the adjusters and me. The work crew was professional and did a great job with expert clean up.

Mark and the team at RST were great with communication which is very important to me. They gave me very clear timelines and explanations of what to expect. They provided details and images of everything they found and did. They followed through with all promises and I’m very pleased with all of the work. They replaced my roof, repairing damage found along the way and installed venting in my attic. They also installed new gutters with gutter guards and everything was done in a timely fashion.
