Joe came out and did a great inspection of the roof. He informed us of some great information to the health of or roof. He was quick, informative, and honest. I would differently call them when I need their service again.

I am purchasing my first home and really dont know a lot about roofs and wasnt sure about the age of the roof. Mr. Kendall went and took pictures and gave me good advice on the age of the roof. It seems apparent that the roof of my new home likely doesnt need to be replaced for a while. Overall my experience with Mr. Kendall was extremely positive.

Daniel Robinson stopped by on a cold call offering a free inspection of our roof. Generally I am not a fan of cold calls for service, but Daniel seemed professional and was not pushy like some salespeople. Several houses in the neighborhood had some roof damage due some hail in the previous year, so I said yes. Daniel setup his ladder and safety gear and worked through the inspection over the whole roof. He and I chatted while he did the inspection, and explained what he was looking for, any issues, and even some of the details of the work done by the original roofer. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. We have occasional leak where water seems to get into the attic under heavy rain and windy conditions, and I discussed it with Daniel. He pointed out a small roofing design/installation issue where the ridge vent of a dormer ran very close to the point where the dormer connected to the main roof. He made a video of the roof showing the ridge vent and roof/dormer area, and explained how heavy rain may run down the roof and may reach the ridge vent opening since it was so close to the main roof. His recommendation was to basically shorten the ridge vent and shingle the ridge so the opening of the ridge vent opening started further down the dormer ridge, which would allow the water to run off the dormer before reaching the ridge vent opening. Daniel also showed how all the ridge vents on the other dormers started further away from the main roof. Daniel did a great job explaining how water could be getting into the house. I had another roofing company look where the water might be coming from. They did a little work putting sealant on some areas. But it did not fix the issue. Again, I appreciate Daniels knowledge and professionalism. He did a great job inspecting and explaining. Daniel is going to quote making the changes to the ridge vent. From inspection to installation these guys were on top of things. They made it simple and helpful so we knew what we were getting into without all the fluff.
