Unfortunately I had a significant plumbing issue that resulted in a lot of damage to my home. PuroClean and their team helped me through all phases of the situation patiently guiding and explaining step by step what would happen and how. Highly recommended.

Karlton and PuroClean are one of the best restoration companies in the business. I recently had an emergency at my business and Karlton showed up 20 minutes after me calling him. He made a difficult situation easy and helped put my mind at ease. I will recommend Karlton and his team to everyone!

I have to say Karlton made this whole disaster a pleasure to deal with. I had a plumbing issue under my house that I attempted to source out of pocket before i filed a claim with my insurance. Long story short i go to file a claim and they deny me because it was more than a few days i contacted them (switching companies from that) I ended up calling Karlton because 1. he was the cheapest honestly 2. he was extremely nice and professional about the whole thing. Right when i called to set up the work he originally told me about a week *which was fine* the next day he said I can be there tomorrow. I was blown away, he and his team showed up exactly when they said and got to work. I have 2 people working from my home due to the quarantine and they did not interfere with that what so ever even the puppy hardly noticed. Overall Karlton made this whole nightmare a lot better than it could have been because frankly...it was shaping up to be a nightmare for my first home. He has my business anytime *hopefully not for anything soon*

Within what seemed like minutes Karlton arrived to help "Water in my crawl space" and looking for a solution! I was highly impressed by the professionalism and knowledge and experience displayed by PuroClean Wake Forest. And to my dismay, no charge for the visit! FINALLY I select a honest service provider who wanted to build a customer relationship for the future, rather than nickel and dime me today. THANK YOU PUROCLEAN WAKE FOREST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
