        Referred here by local attorney in New Hanover. Called back in January to schedule an appointment, for my brother who is dealing with a custody battle. Lady was extremely nice on the phone, told me that they would reach back out next week to set an appointment in stone. Week went by so I called back again to follow up, her attitude completely changed and told me that I couldnt book an appointment on my brothers behalf. I told her that I would be the one paying for the service and that my brother is on a job out of town. She stated that he would have to set up an appointment once he got back into town. Fast forward to March he gets back into town to schedule an appointment and was basically told sorry not accepting any new clients. I understand that but dont waste anyones time and lead them on if that was your intention all along. Unprofessional.
