        Went to the drive through the customer service is very good had to wait for my food to be cooked on a simple order the entrance is confusing , parking lot is small.

        Just picked up a pep pizza to go. Both my wife and I said it was the worst pizza in years. No cheese, sauce was dried out. Raising prices and lowering quality.

        Someone please train the kids that work here. I placed a mobile order and 30 minutes later they still had no idea if it had been made. One pizza was found and the other was just pulled from the hot and ready stack. Given I had already waited 10 minutes, I didnt argue that it wasnt exactly what I ordered. No organization. No system for tracking in store orders or waiting customers. I dont blame the kids. I blame the owners for poor training/management.
