so complicated as a driver to stretch your time in this place with pre loads getting loaded I had the worst experience. I've driven a hostler for years and if a trailer was in the incorrect spot it was my job to keep the yard organized. I literally came in here with 2 hours on my clock to drop an empty and get a pre loaded on top of the fact securing their pre loads are like building a Lego mansion on a Zipline. I predicted getting it out with 45 min to make it to a truck stop to get cleaned up but the hostler cried and had a lead make everyone move straps and tarps hanging all the way to the opposite side of the yard. I understand there's a system that they have aligned but theirs more then one way to skin a cat and number one on good teamwork is great communication so no one is left blind figuring out things as they're going if you're in a fast paced environment.
