Phillips has been terrific! They have servicesd our HVAC system and recently replaced a heat pump for our 1st floor. The technician's are knowledgable, polite and clean. The lead technician \ manager - Brian is always repsonsive and helpful The office is kind and excellent with communication. We have used other companies in the past, Phillips is the clear best HVAC company. I highly recommend their services! Services: Heating system installation, AC installation

Called Phillips air care on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 spoke with Rachel expressed to her my AC unit was not cooling she told me she can have someone come out the following day between 12 and 2. Here we are today May 26, 2021 and sure enough between 12-2 right at 12:34 Jordan called that he was 4 miin away showed up promptly and assessed my AC unit. Was able to tell me we had a bad capacitor he was able to fix it right away. Jordan was very professional very well mannered thank you Jordan and Rachel both. Great customer service goes a long way.

The Phillips team has been a pleasure to work w/ from day 1 from the office staff to the service techs. They provide service to a remote/ferry-access-only barrier island via their own boat + dock slip, and an on-island office, which a very rare, game-changing capability. I have found them to be a very thorough, knowledgeable, skilled staff who has delivered great service, including complex diagnostics to find the best/most cost effective repairs. Highly recommend!
