This place canceled our room a day before the reservation. We have stayed at and are IHG members and have never had the hotel call and ask for credit card info the day before the reservation. We've always given our card at time of check in with no issues. This stay, the hotel called and asked for credit card information, when we said we've never had to give CC info over the phone before and we didn't feel comfortable doing so, they said we could go ahead and give the credit card at check in time ( the next day). A few hours later, we were notified on our app that our reservation was canceled. We were still able to get a room after some back and forth with the hotel, but it was very stressful getting notified at midnight that we no longer had a room reservation for our family vacation. On top of all that, our room was dirty when we arrived. There was poop in the toilet, hair in the bathtub from what I can only assume was from the previous guest. No trash bags in the trash bins. The floors were not vacuumed and there was visible dirt/nastiness all over the bathroom. We ended up just getting a few cleaning supplies and disinfecting it ourselves after we returned from visiting with family.

They have roaches and bugs. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a roach crawling all over the bed. And there were bugs crawling on the table next to the phone. This is unacceptable.

My wife and sick daughter stayed one night. During stay they noticed bugs (possibly bed bugs you decide) everywhere. Finger nails and candy left on the floor. Smashed bugs on the ceiling. The hotel informed us they could not do anything because we booked through priceline. Priceline called them to process a refund and they said we dont have bugs and declined, literally 5 mins after me telling and showing them.

The front desk couldnt have been more helpful!! The room was very nice & clean. The breakfast was amazing. I had biscuits, gravy, bacon & eggs. I also had yogurt (I was on vacation )
Rooms: Very clean & updated room.
Food & drinks: Delicious free breakfast!
Noteworthy details: The staff was so helpful! Fives stars for them alone!
