        Amelia was awesome and very helpful. She was patient when it came to helping me go through the full details of the offers that were prsented to me the evening before, and when she discovered that the new phone we wanted was out of stock ( because we needed it right away) she went out of her way to find us the next best thing ( even tho it didn't have the proper sim card in the store) pretty much she never gave up on us. Lol she made the experience not as awful as any adult knows that it could have been. That woman needs a large raise because while tryna help me she helped her coworkers when needed while being patient with everything going on around her. PAY HER (AMELIA) WELL!!!

        Kenya, Nikeya, and Mark were AMAZING with helping my Aunt upgrade her phone from a 5 to an SE. They provided lots of one on one time and answered all the million questions we had. Great customer service and all around experience!

        The customer service was SORRY .. they made us wait there a hour .. then to tell us . That we have to make appointment. they wasn’t properly train.. I will NEVER COME BACK THERE AGAIN
