Lusby & Brooks had represented me in a case involving the city Asheville N.C. While protesting abortion at Planned Parenthood, a Pro abort charged after my children and other children after he told me he was "going to harm my children." Asheville P.D watched as this man harassed and attempted to harm them. Eventually he did press forth to harm the children and I defended the children. I was arrested by Asheville P.D and charged. Mr. Lusby and Mr. Brooks represented me on this case. I provided them with video evidence of the incident and they took it directly to the Asheville D.A. After pressing the D.A with the video evidence, Mr. Lusby and Mr. Brooks were able to get the case completely dismissed. I highly recommend them. May God be glorified in the justice which has prevailed.
