Dixon foods McDonald's refuses open their lobby I work in the heat but they don't care there's nowhere cool for me to eat as bad as I don't like Bojangles I spend my money there they use Kevin now they're using every excuse in the book I will not spend another dollar with Dixon foods

Im a regular customer at the McDonalds by the hospital in Greenville NC and I get a large caramel ice coffee. Lately its been hard to get a decent Lg. Ice coffee. Tonight I went to the above location and was totally disappointed with the night manager attitude. First the black guy in drive through screwed up the order by giving me a medium ice coffee and I asked for 8 (eight) sugars. I was given liquid sugar when I specifically said BI LIQUID SUGAR. I couldnt see my order on the screen because of how the cars were positioned in line. I proceeded to drive forward and tasted my drink. The person had put liquid sugar when I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR REAL SUGAR. I drove back around to the window and the manager a heavy set white woman who wore glasses told me to get back in line. The line was already long and I was pressed for time. Ive been getting my orders messed up a lot lately and tonight I said no more. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. TOTALLY!
