Customer service is beyond any words i know to describe. Bryan will bend over backwards to help make sure any customer is well taken care of and 100% satisfied. Had an issue getting my cover on because of not having knowledge of it as i thought after it had been discussed how to take it on and off on pickup day, called and Bryan literally drove to my house after hours to make sure it was on right and i understood fully how to get it right each time after, if that isn’t customer service i am not sure what is. Not to mention the quality of the custom boat cover that was made for me was beyond my expectation and then some. I would rate this company 10 stars if i could!

Excellent....anazing service. We had a truck that got into an accident with and the tarp system got damaged. Even though the truck was driveable the damage rendered the truck basically useless during peak demand for our dumpster service. We called Obrian and they had the parts on hand. We were going to repair in house then when we dug into the truck we found more extensive damage. Called them again and within a few days they took the truck in and fixed everything flawlessly. They truly understand how destructive downtime is. You can't go rent a specialized truck at Enterprise etc so even a minor issue is a big deal if timely parts and service are not available. Definitely recommend. The tarp system (Diablo) in our case is delightful to work with and covers and uncovers load FAST. When you tarp and untarp over 20 times a day that matters. Or if it's pouring rain etc. Diablo also operates without excessive height so you can operate under telephone or low voltage power lines etc. (NEVER operate ANY tarp near high voltage lines BTW even if you think it will clear- electricity can arc). Obrian is a family owned multi generational enterprise. Top notch!
