Been here two times for traffic tickets but they never update me or email me with the outcome or if they went to court for me. Why even ask for my email or phone number in the first place if you are not going update me?
ONLY THING THEY MSG FOR IS TO BILL ME.

Will Farris was extremely responsive from the start. He handled my sons traffic violations with urgency and care. He talked us through all possible outcomes and settled with the an option that exceeded our expectations! We live out of the area as my son attends the local college so it was much appreciated he was able to handle the whole situation virtually, saving me a lot of unnecessary travel.
